Ashish Mendiratta

Ashish Mendiratta is a seasoned professional specialized in Supply Chain Management. His 25+ years of career includes working with a number of globally renowned and leading Indian organizations like Gillette, Nestle, BILT, Philips and Kohler. In his previous roles Ashish was Director-Supply Chain, Asia Pacific at Kohler and Director-Supply Chain, India & Pakistan at Philips. His last assignment was Director and Co-founder at Thinklink Learning Services Pvt. Ltd.

As part of industry experience, he realized a big and widening gap in the supply chain competency for many organization to deliver sustainable and measurable supply chain performance. He believes that competency development requires a structured and sustained effort. With this mission in mind, he quit his active corporate career to pursue his passion. Over last few years he has been actively engaged with well-known companies to deliver measurable outcomes using a comprehensive approach including competency mapping, assessment and development.

He has also coached many working professional through on the job projects. He has delivered guest lectures at MDI, FMS and been a visiting faculty at IILM. He attended a seminar in Case Teaching Method organized by Harvard Business Publishing. He is a certified trainer in the business simulation “The Fresh Connection” and certified Industrial & Commercial trainer by RTITB, UK.

He completed Masters in Industrial Engineering from NITIE in 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Roorkee, 1988.

Aswatha Nagendra

A senior professional with 32+ years of experience in supply chain & logistics management in varied industries including FMCG, cement, automotive & freight forwarding. His first 18 years has been in the client logistics domain of organizations like Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Kansai Nerolac Paints and Tata Hitachi Earth Moving Equipment. His last 13 years experience has been predominantly on the Supply Chain Services side across 3PLs like DHL-Exel, Maersk Logistics (DAMCO) and Forbes & Co Ltd. His experience has been in the integrated logistics space of warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, project cargo movements, container freight station/inland container depot, port services management etc. He has had both domestic(India) and international experience in the Middle East and Far East.

He has worked in operations, business development, implementation, key client management and profit center head areas. He also has prior consultancy and teaching experience. The last few positions held include Director at Thinklink Supply Chain Services and Chief Operating Officer at Forbes & Company Limited (part of the USD 3 billion Shapoorji Pallonji Group) in their Shipping & Logistics Division. His passion lies in the constantly evolving logistics & supply chain field as well as training & mentoring people. He has been participating as speaker in the international conferences /workshops in countries like Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan & Belgium.

S. Radhakrishnan

Radhakrishnan has overall experience of over 25 years in the Finance &Accounting and Information Technology domains mainly in the CPG Industry and also in Management Consulting and in the Services sectors Radhakrishnan worked at Nestle India for about 20 years in various roles in the Finance function across Accounting, Controllership and as Unit CFO (in divisions such as Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing and Business Unit). He was also CIO for the company’s South Asia Region.

In addition to being a finance professional with broad and deep experience in Finance, he has successfully managed business and technology and was a key player in setting up an internal BPO, implementing technology across the value chain; Business Intelligence and SAP implementation. Prior to Nestle, he has worked with A F Fergusson and S B Billimoria in Assurance and Tax, Consulting and M&A. Radhakrishnan has a Master’s degree in accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
